What do I need to bring to check-in?
Bring a valid ID, your ticket and the credit card used to purchase your tickets.
Haven’t received a ticket yet after your purchase?
Tickets will be text messaged to the phone number you provided 24 hours prior to your arrival to The Zone.
I do not have a valid photo ID, can I still check-in?
If you are the ticket purchaser, you must present a valid photo ID.
Can you visit The Zone if you are under 18?
Yes, but guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by legal guardian.
Will I get any further instructions?
Yes, you will receive a FAQs reminder with your confirmation email.
Do you accept cash?
No. We are a cashless retail store. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
Can I go into the retail store even if I don’t have a ticket to the experience?
Absolutely.
How long does the experience take?
The experience will last approximately 60 - 90 minutes.
What if I want to host a Private Event?

When do I need to be on-site / at check-in?
While we want you as fashionable as possible, fashionably late is not acceptable. Please plan to arrive 15-20 mins early to allow ample time for check-in and parking.
Is it ADA accessible?
Yes - however, please be advised that our exhibit uses loud music, bright lights, and strobe lights as a part of the sensory experience. If you or a member of your party is sensitive to these factors, please come prepared. Feel free to notify one of The Zone staff members if you are ever feeling uncomfortable and need to skip past a particular section.
Where do I park?
Parking is available in an attached lot for free. Please be aware that The Zone shares this lot with other businesses, so be mindful of our neighbors and we encourage you to ride share when possible.
What items are not allowed?
The following items are prohibited from The Zone: weapons of any kind, Go Pros, drones, tripods, large bags, outside props, selfie sticks, professional cameras, & strollers.
What is considered a large bag?
Any bag or carrying case larger than a small clutch (4.5 x 6.5)
Can I bring Food and Drinks?
No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the experience.
Is there free wifi on-site?
Of course there is, we want you to be fully prepared to strike a pose and be able to post it!
What should I bring to The Zone?
Remember to bring your fully charged smartphones, your friends, your best Britney dance moves, and a beaming smile! Dressing up in your favorite Britney look is highly encouraged, too.
